*A tribute to the BBC Radiophonic Workshop on it’s 60th Anniversary*
*OPEN CALL*
Edited Arts is looking for artists, filmmakers and musicians/ sonic
performance acts to respond to the legacy of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop.
Following it’s successful series of events, on April 21st Edited Presents:
RADIOPHONIC (a tribute on the 60th Anniversary of the BBC Radiophonic
Workshop).
An event inspired by the Radiophonic Workshop and its electronic music
pioneers.
An ode to the Radiophonic (relating to or denoting sound, especially music,
produced electronically.), presenting those emerging, forward thinking
artists working at the boundaries of technology, sound and art to create
new forms.
The Radiophonic Workshop is dead, long live the Radiophonic!
This will be a full day and night event, including talks, workshops, and
multi-disciplinary works.
The night will take place in North London. Edited will have a budget for
work, that will be allocated depending on scale and ambition of projects.
