*12th International Audio Mostly Conference 2017*
“Augmented and Participatory Sound/Music Experiences”
23-26 August 2017, Queen Mary University of London (UK)
Conference website: http://audiomostly.com <http://audiomostly.com/>

Dear all,

Audio Mostly is an interdisciplinary conference on design and
experience of interaction with sound that embraces applied theory and
reflective practice. The 12th edition of the conference, organised by
the Centre for Digital Music at Queen Mary University of London (UK),
will be held on 23-26 August 2017 on the theme “Augmented and
Participatory Sound/Music Experiences”.

Due to numerous requests from potential contributors, the submission
deadline of regular papers has been extended to *10 April 2017* (23:59
BST, i.e. GMT+1).

If possible, we encourage authors to initiate their submission on
EasyChair by 31st March 2017 by selecting the topics relevant to their
work and submitting a draft paper that includes the title and
abstract. Authors can then update their submission as desired until
the extended deadline (title and abstract can be modified). The papers
will only be sent to reviewers after the extended deadline, i.e. once
the papers have been finalised by authors.

Audio Mostly 2017 encourages the submission of regular papers, music,
demos, and workshop proposals. This year the theme of the conference
is “Augmented and Participatory Sound/Music Experiences”, but the
Audio Mostly conference series is interested in sound interaction and
design in general, and provides a space to reflect on the role of
sound/music in our lives and how to innovate to create new experiences
through sound. The conference welcomes studies in fields such as human
computer interaction, music informatics, sound design, acoustics,
signal processing, computer science, information and communication
technologies, information visualisation, music composition,
perception/cognition and aesthetics. Please visit our detailed call
