That's a bit old. It's his masters thesis, before his phd. I've
written to him to ask if he can put a paper or two online, it's a
shame that it's inaccessible at the moment. His ICMC 2011 paper is
nice and succinct. Really hoping ICMC 2011 papers will go online some
time, but not holding my breath :/
