A lot of them may be held by Yamaha. The Unit generator reference

I think that if they really had a case there they would have gotten mad by
now already. I think people like King Tuby and Lee Perry have quite a bit on
prior art on generating tones by putting filters and non-linear elements in
the feedback loop of delays and that stuff dates back to the late 60's at
least.
I for one would love to see this to court just to see Perry testify.
