you can replace that with
Start > Run... > NOTEPAD.EXE
Edit > Replace...
type in "foo" in one entry
type in "bar" in the other
press "Replace All"
or
drag and drop Cv.txt onto TextEdit.app
whatever the mac os analog of find and replace dialog is...
