Kas,

Supercollider seems to have a system for logging the code that goes to the
server, the History class. In so far as you could use that to re-render a
performance, you could potentially render it to some video format. Fredrik
has already posted some of his history.

ChucK does not have a system for logging code sent to the VM, but I can see
no reason why something like that could not be added.

I think a screencast is a good format for this, but it's harder to do that
in actual live performance.
