[livecode] impromptu 0.99 released

Hi Everyone,

Impromptu 0.99 has just been released. This will be the final major
release before version 1.0.

The major additions for 0.99 are:
Realtime capture of any graphics or opengl canvas to a quicktime
movie - with Audio of course :)
Completion of pseudo namespace changes.
A bunch of handy new keyboard shortcuts.
A host of minor feature additions, stability improvements and bug fixes.
