just saw this and had no choice but to spend too much money on an
otherwise unjustifiable purchase:

it is limited, but its really pretty interesting. there are a lot of
modules that could be used for building music live, pulse clock, logic
gates, delays, a seven step sequencer... even a microphone module that
generates a logic signal.
adding midi i/o now gets added to my long list of stuff todo. :)
where's that soldering iron!
