I imagine a flurry of last minute maneouvres...
I hope most things in the paper now get people's approval. I guess I'd
leave the manifesto signitories implicit now since almost everyone is an
author by this stage.
We're probably over 25000 characters due to recent additions but I hope
this won't be judged too strictly.
