ok, i've made some edits and added 2 small screengrabs... but if 2's a
problem, we can trade for one (i can include it that resolution or higher,
whichever works better). i also added a bit in my section about my
thoughts on the user->author continuum... not sure if everyone will agree
with what i've said, but i've tried to clearly indicate that it's my
opinion only and not everybody's... but if anyone thinks it should be

agreed, i've been known to write actual papers that way too... just wasn't
sure in this case if we should clarify why it changes degrees of formality
when it gets to the email stuff...
