Curtis Roads pointed out that he had witnessed some live coding
performances (with much crashing) done in Forth in the 80s. The
protagonists:
John Bischoff (of the Hub) and surprisingly enough Ron Kuivila (of SC fame)
I will quiz Ron about this in person at the end of the month, we should
probably invite these people to join toplap...or make them honourary
presidents...
