Wiki logins were turned off. I've just turned them on again for a bit:

I'll probably have to turn it off again soon though because the amount
of spam that wikis attract these days is just overwhelming :(
It would be better to move the wiki to a github account where people
can make pull requests to edit the manifesto, that sort of thing..
