Maybe someone wants to play with his small (and currently quite stupid) hack of the wonderful GLSL Sandbox (
http://glsl.heroku.com/ ). No big intentions to develop this much further, just a hack for the joy of fun.
It does Audio on the GPU. Quite rough, not very useable but fun to play with. In principal the image is just interpreted as audio.
