Really big news, Andrew Sorensen has started a new free/open source
project 'extempore' based on the core of Impromptu:

Nearly as big news... 'Octonauts' is a documentary about some animals
who live under the sea, carrying out many missions helping all the sea
life. Dashi Dog is the sysadmin on the Octopod, as well as being a
keen photographer.
