I don't really have much in the way of recommendations. I've been
trying to put my reading on citeulike (
http://www.citeulike.org/user/yaxu ), I don't know if there's much of
interest there.
These days a lot of e-books are shared around, on sites like
http://burundi.sk/monoskop/log/ ,
http://bibliotik.org/ and
http://a.aaaarg.org/ . As the son of a independent bookshop keeper I
don't know how I feel about all this but I understand it can make it a
lot easier to browse around subjects before focusing on something in a
proper library.
