nice idea...

since we all enjoy compiling lists and categorizing, can we come up
with a list of the most prevalent livecoding styles?

1. blank slate (start from blank screen)
2. full slate (start from full, end with blank)
3. tweakage (twiddling bits of pre-written code)
4. chili-eating totem poles (self-descriptive, I think)
5. ???
