Pubcode HOWTO:
1. Book a venue (or make someone else do it)
2. Email list for contributors
3. Order lots of beer
4. Decide who plays
5. Notify list
6. Invite attendees to come drink beer with you, and optionally livecode
7. Drink beer with attendees
I think that's pretty much it...

transportation, what type of venue is suitable, or what beers are
worth ordering, let us know!
