Hi all,

First, happy new year to all.
Here are the (current?) results of the questionnaire I posted a short
time ago.
I received 21 answers + me = 22, which makes more than 10% of Livecode
list subscribers (considering some might have several addresses).
Before results, the chart I use for the championship : "x" is for a
regular use, "y" for a try.
By the way, I joined some results (such as C/C++, Betablocker et Cie)
into one category.
So, the winner is (drums rolling) :

**** Regular usage ****
1 - SC : xxxxxxxxx yyy
2 (ex-aequo)
- Chuck : xxx yyyyy
- Fluxus : xxx yyyyy
4 - Impromptu : xx yyyy
5 - Pd : xx yyyy

6 - Perl : x yy
7 - Quartz Composer : x y
8 - diesel : x
9 - Max/MSP/Jitter : x
10 - Pure Events : x
11 - Ruby : x
12 - Chuckr : x
13 - L System : x

**** Occasional Usage ****
14 - C/C++ : yyy
15 - bash : yy
16 - k-means : y
17 - Java : y
18 - CSound : y
19 - Python : y
20 - REALBasic : y
21 - Map/MSG : y
22 - Modular systems : y
23 - Reason : y
24 - ZX Basic : y
25 - Logo : y
26 - pf : y
27 - frtime : y
28 - Common Lisp : y
29 - Javascript : y

I don't know if that's really relevant, but I guess it is, as the "big
ones" stay first.

Have a nice weekend
Best

Sylvain

P.S. (Troll) : I notice that, like apple machines, SC is very like
"trying is adopting" ;)
