That's not my term, it's a well known phenomenon that's essential to
traditional musical performance, touch typing and playing fast computer
games (and a whole train of other things).
I used to think it wasn't possible to use this with a mouse but a while ago
I spoke with a high level player of competitive first person shooters and he
reported that he only had to look at a enemy, see where his mouse-cursor was
at that time, then get his "head shot" without having to pay further
concious attention.
