why not 1ms format anyway? Though there could be weird interactions based
on sending time whatever we do, since waveform level sync not guaranteed
without sendBundle/OffsetOut and originals won't often involve that.

haptic rate resolution is 15Hz ie 67 msec. Typing world record is 12 Hz
(characters). But delaying and choosing when to press enter could have more
resolution I guess!
