Might be alright as a performer, hopefully you don't have to do a long
proposal- on the academic side, I don't have time to do a 2 page proposal,
and since they have `early registration' of course this conference is
`pay-to-speak' (I know this is standard academic practice, but just warning
any non-academics on this list who might consider it). Might be interesting
to attend if Joe Paradiso from MIT is speaking (he is on the reading
committee)...
