Don't know what sort of problems you're having with SC3 on Windows, but
I'm using a combination of SC3-Complete [1] to run a Win32 server, with
CoLinux [2] to run the language in a virtual linux machine.
It's not ideal (some timing issues and no GUI of course) but it does
make a noise! If you have any other ideas I wouldn't mind hearing them
offlist.
