I'm pleased to announce that impromptu 0.95 has just been released.
The new version includes a number of new features along with
stability and performance enhancements.
The major additions to 0.95 are:
* a faster garbage collector
* 3D Sound (Stereo, Multi-Channel and Head Related Transfer Function)
* image support (loading, drawing, being drawn too etc.)
* you can apply CoreImage filters to images (there are lots of these
to play with)
* random access to frames in quicktime movies (as images that you can
mess with)
* you can now group paths for more efficient processing
* graphical text support (path based and image based)
* paths, text, and images can be rendered to images as well as the
canvas (great for layers)
