Phasic ( http://www.phasic.co.uk ) performs live electronica using home-coded live peformance software, and is currently working on phasicLiveVisuals 1.2 - an interactive visuals evironment that can incorporate live-coded javascript modules - see screenshot :

The software is still in development but a beta should be available by mid 2006. As well as live-coding interaction, each Javascript module provides an interface to live input parameters, such as MIDI, audio (envelope, and FFT), and webcam (Optical flow etc.).
UPDATE October 2006 - still in development I'm afraid (work commitments have slowed me down). However, I've recently added support for GLSL shader scripts to be embedded in the javascript.
