UK members of the TOPLAP organisation for the proliferation of live algorithm programming join together for a live coded jam, a logical confusion of soulful computer music.

Alex McLean is one third of slub (http://slub.org/), hand crafting live ambient gabba with Adrian Ward and Dave Griffiths since the year 2000, performing widely including at Sonic Acts Amsterdam, Sonar Barcelona, Club Transmediale Berlin, STRP Eindhoven, Ars Electronica Linz and Ultrasound Huddersfield. He co-founded the dorkbotlondon meetings (http://dorkbotlondon.org/) and helps run the runme.org software art repository. He is also a PhD candidate researching Programming Language for the Arts at Goldsmiths, University of London.

Dan Stowell (MCLD) (http://www.mcld.co.uk/) is a musician, programmer, and scientist. He recently completed a PhD at Queen Mary University of London developing techniques to use voice sounds such as beatboxing to control electronic instruments. Musically he combines live-coding with beatboxing - solo and as part of the duo Spoonfight - and also produces installation work as part of C4DM Presents.
