Dear friends,

Thank you for your many submissions to the second International Conference on Live Coding, which will take place at McMaster University, in Hamilton, Canada from 12-15 October 2016. Reviewers are already hard at work reading, watching and listening
to proposal materials, and I’m personally getting very excited about the conference after seeing all of the things that have been proposed!

I am writing now to announce that we are able to accommodate additional proposals for workshops at the conference. Complete proposals for workshops that arrive in my email inbox by the end of Friday 22nd April 2016 (anywhere in the world) will
be peer reviewed for potential inclusion in the conference. To be clear, these additional workshop proposals should be emailed to me directly, _not_ submitted through the online submission system.

A complete proposal consists of:
-a condensed outline (100-150 words)
-a detailed abstract (700 words)
-a short biography (100-150 words for each contributor)
-a completed PDF technical questionnaire downloaded from http://iclc.livecodenetwork.org/2016/technical-questionnaire-iclc2016.pdf <http://iclc.livecodenetwork.org/2016/technical-questionnaire-iclc2016.pdf>

As always, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with questions and comments. Hope to see you in Hamilton this October!

Yours truly,
David
for ICLC 2016
