I only just messed about with Quicktime Player, and whilst I was able to start recording audio, video and the screen separately, is it possible to record them all concurrently and in sync? Also, is it possible to record not just the audio from the microphone, but *all* of the system audio in a separate track? I couldn't see how to do these things with Quicktime.
Screenflow can do all of these things, and also has a simple but nice editor for combining these various media streams (although something like Final Cut Pro is much more capable).
