Sorry if our banter was offensive, like Kassen I thought of the
Nuremberg defense as more general than its origins, the milgram
experiment was in my head before Nazis. That could be my poor sense
of history though, have taken note...

I got the impression that the ABC news slot would take a couple of
weeks to come up. I think the BBC have a faster turnaround, probably
a few days though.
