thanks nick! i've assembled this page which hopefully will answer all
anke's questions. can folks try to take a look and see if i've missed
anything or if anything needs revision?

in the drawing, i've put 7 performers on stage at a time - 5 on the back
of the table and 2 on the ends. (this is of course just a stab in the dark
- in reality it depends how big the table is.) i'd like to be on an end
again because of the visual components to my performance. so if someone
else is on the other end, it could balance things out and hopefully this
helps more of us get on stage at once.
