I'm not certain I can make it at this point, so it would probably be better to
use the resources to get someone else who will definately make it - and I'll
sort out flights if I end up attending. Seems to be popular, so I doubt it'll
be a problem ;)
Are there any other preparations I could help with, I'm guessing we aren't
presenting anything formal, it's more discussion type events?
