Same here.
I think a multi-author book would be totally cool at some point (if
we can overcome some of the potential restrictions), though
continuing to develop + stockpile content for wiki might make more
sense right now. I really like the DVD idea too. Um, all sounds
good to me, I'd be happy to contribute in any way I can.
